Reduced Early Registration Prices In Effect Through June 1, 2007. Pre-registrations must be postmarked, faxed, or processed by 11:00 pm EST on June 1, 2007. After June 1, 2007, send the higher fee shown on the registration form. Do NOT send registration to Physicians for Peace Conference Headquarters or register online after June 4, 2007. Instead, register on-site.
